Cold war 2 - again?

Maybe you know that USA may will build up antirocket radar in Czech republic(in Poland rocket base). A lot of people in Czech republic don't agree with this(60%). Despite it Czech goverment signed it.Actually I am not sure if it is bad(I am rather for the radar.).

Rivalry between Russia and USA (east vs. west) is well-known - this rivalry was on top level in mid-1940s to the early 1990s(Cold war). Because of this Russia is not happy with US base in Europe and they wanna build up own antirocket base in Belorussia. President of Belorussia have declared that it's corporate antiNATO defense. Is this begin of Cold war 2 ?

Other and worst thing is that Russie is biggest supplier of oil for Czech rep. and all Europe.
